CH3NOW (CHallenge, CHange, CHrist, NOW) is about permanent change in your life. In Christ we are new creations. The old has passed away. The new has come. See 2 Corinthians 5:17. I have started this blog with weight loss as a topic because that has been one of the biggest struggles in my life. I have lost hundreds of pounds in my lifetime (I was born on 4/4/49 – You can figure the math) and I have gained hundreds of pounds. In May of 2006 ago my wife challenged me to lose weight. She saw how out of shape I was and was worried for my health. I guess she wants me around for awhile. Well I took the challenge and over the next two years I lost somewhere around 100 pounds. My waist was 52 and it is now 36. Praise God.
My hope is that somehow my story can be helpful to you.
