The hard way… Eat Less and Move More

When people ask me how I lost my hundred pounds I don’t think they are really asking how I lost it. I think they are asking how I stay on track. I therefore came up with the three items below.

  1. CHallenge – In my case my wife challenged me. Maybe you can challenge yourself or a friend can challenge you or maybe God is challenging you. Bottom line is you have to ACCEPT the challenge.
  2. CHange – The is the eating less, moving more thing. I’ll tell you how I track my eating less, moving more in another post. Bottom line is you have to COMMIT to the change.
  3. CHrist – This is the how I stay on track and believe this is the ONLY way to permanently stay on track. I seek His help every day. Bottom line is you have to TURN to Christ.

Accept, Commit, Turn… ACT

I pray that you will accept the challenge, commit to the change and turn to Christ every day. If you do I believe you can have victory in the battle against weight.
